5.4 zh88 reserves the right to refuse, hold or return a deposit at its discretion, including where there are grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made by the registered Account holder to a payment method previously used to deposit or verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to pending KYC verification. Withdrawal processing commences only after KYC is satisfactorily completed.
6.3 zh88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the withdrawal screen, subject to the payment method selected. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to blockchain confirmation delays outside zh88's control.

7.3 zh88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects abuse. 7.4 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. zh88 uses name, address, device fingerprint and payment method checks to detect duplicate participation.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on zh88 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, event or game, accessible within each product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail with respect to that product.
8.2 zh88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or pricing error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
8.3 Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures). In-play bet settlement reflects the state of play at the time the bet was placed unless otherwise stated.
